What happened to the Sutter County Grand Jury Report? It seemed it was the largest scandal that had hit in 50 years. Now the main reason they did not want us to see it was like a small child afraid to show his father a bad report card. Someone got caught with their hands in the cookie jar and since it's so wide spread they were worried it would stop. Do people know the grand jury is a safe guard that our tax paid workers are doing good. That report belongs to the tax payers. Just in the Appeal Democrat that a tax payer had packages stolen when the police got there he was told that it's not worth their time to look into it. That is your police in action.
