Novato
resident Owen Haxton was granted the 2015 Angelo Rolando Memorial Award from
the California Grand Jurors’Association this month.
Haxton served on the 2001-02
Marin County Grand Jury and has been active in the Marin County jurors’
association chapter since. He was also president of the county chapter for two
years, and he served on the state association’s board of directors. He received
the award at an annual conference in Lafayette.
